Weezer Teal and Black albums

Weezer, well known for the songs: Island In the Sun, Say It Ain’t So, Buddy Holly, and Africa, has recently released two new Albums in 2019.

They first released the “Teal Album” which is a mixture of different covers. Some of the songs on the album include Africa, Happy Together, and my favorite Mr. Blue Sky.

Weezer did a great job with the Teal album picking a wide variety of classic songs that appeal to everyone.

The second Weezer album of 2019 was the “Black Album” . The first single on the album is “Can’t Knock the Hustle” which is an upbeat and great song to start out the album.

Weezer moved away from their known sound in a few songs on the album some of these including “Piece of Cake” and “California Snow”. They took more of a modern take on the “Black Album” than their previous albums.

One of the best songs on the album is “Zombie” because it sounds similar to their classic and most popular songs.

Weezer is going on a 2019 tour starting on March 12th at Madison Square Garden, NY. The band will be touring through other states in the United States and then touring out of the country and ending the tour on September 28th in Brazil. They will be performing at the Schottenstein Center in Columbus on March 19th.
