A heartfelt series on Netflix

Netflix released a new tv show called Northen Rescue on March 1, 2019.

Northern Rescue is about after the death of John West’s wife, Sarah. John decides to pack up his three children and move back to John’s small hometown to help them cope with their mother’s death. When they move, John takes command of the local search-and-rescue service. After the move, the whole family struggles with the new environment, new people, and accepting their mother’s death. As the Aunt of John’s children helps them out, she also has to find a way to cope with the loss of her sister and her desire to have her own family.

The show, Northern Rescue, is rated TV-14, parents are strongly cautioned. The show is rated TV-14 for its use of drugs and language.

The starring actors in Northern Rescue are William Baldwin, Kathleen Robertson, Amalia Williamson, Spencer Macpherson, and Taylor Throne. William Baldwin is also in Fair Game and Sliver. Kathleen Robertson also stars in Tin Man and Scary Movie 2. Amalia Williamson stars in Level 16. Spencer Macpherson is also in Degrassi: Next Class and Reign. Taylor Throne is also in The Sisterhood.

Like every other show, Northern Rescue has its strengths and weaknesses.

The strengths of this series are that from the beginning of the show it captives your attention and immediately draws you in. Within the first episode, you will connect with the characters and feel like they are feeling. Throughout the whole series, the show captivates your heart and makes you feel like what is happening in the show, is happening to you.

However, the show’s weaknesses are that it is very pessimistic and makes everything depressing. The show will always have you in a sad state of mind and rarely has happy scenes.

The kind of person who would highly enjoy this show are people who want to connect with the characters a in a show and who like shows that cause your heart to ache.

Overall, I completely recommend the show, Northern Rescue, and highly encourage people to go watch it on Netflix. Northern Rescue is able to captivate the audience and make the audience connect with the characters of the show.
