Belly Dance down to Blue Buddha

Have you ever wanted to try out a new workout activity? Well if so, head on down to Blue Buddha Yoga in Chagrin Falls for a belly dancing class. This class gets you moving and working before you know it. It is definitely a workout that you would never expect.

“The workout that I got from this class was very unexpected but I had a blast” says sophomore Mira Catania about her experience at the Blue Buddha Yoga Studio Belly Dance Class.

Ellway Huang says, “My favorite part about instructing this class is to be able to

watch the looks on everyone's faces while they laugh and have a good time”

The instructor, Ellway Huang, is a professional belly dancer and teaches every Wednesday from 7:15 PM - 8:15 PM. She has been belly dancing for 8 years and enjoys every second of it. She has been teaching her class at Blue Buddha Yoga Studio for 3 years and loves her job.

This Belly Dancing Class really works your arms and core. It is a very unexpected workout, Like Catania said, but you will have such a good time laughing and dancing with all of your best friends.
