OL Chefski's BBQ may be one of the most overlooked hotspots in Aurora. I know being a resident in Aurora the variety of restaurants are slim to none. So why not try a delicious little spot?

Located next to Becks farmers market, OL Chefski’s is the second business addition to the family name. Becks is a local farmers market owned by the family and run directly from the front of their house. After many years of success Becks decided to open Ol Chefski’s.

Their motto “Our family's hard at work to provide the BEST BBQ and veggies stop. TASTE THE DIFFERENCE FAMILY MAKES”. Proves to be just that.

OL Chefski’s provides a small but scrumptious menu of fresh homemade BBQ, and even a few featured options such as walking tacos and a few fair food options. Now I know what you are thinking… this place sounds a little different, yet in this case different is nothing but good. The featured BBQ sauces are either sweet and savory like honey or a little more on the spicy side with a little Thai influence, either way you cannot go wrong with your choice. The pulled pork and beef is prepared and sliced fresh for each order whether it be take out or eating on the picnic tables. Out of everything however I would rave the most about the homemade mac and cheese. The fresh noodles prepared in gooey warm cheeses is bound to hit the spot for any customer.

Like I said, OL Chefski’s is very different but good different. Unlike most restaurants in the area OL Chefski’s is strictly a take out or outdoor seated restaurant. Thus if you are looking for a nice romantic setting for a sit down dinner this is not your place. However, if you are looking to wear your most comfortable outfit and enjoy a nice sunny fall day this restaurant is just screaming your name.

Due to its homegrown family roots OL Chefski’s is not open Monday and Tuesday, yet Wednesday through Sunday you can find them open from 12-7 pm. However, keep in mind on most days they sell out fast!
