Rose Italian Kitchen growing to the top

Have you been looking for a new place to eat? Or simply just looking for a night out? I believe I have just found the new hot spot for you. Located in Solon, Ohio, where the old Paco's Tacos used to be located (6140 Som Center Rd. 44139). Rose Italian kitchen is a new booming restaurant. A new modern take where fresh family cooking meets centuries of italian taste.

Rose Italian Kitchen is one of three restaurants part of the chef art pour or CAP Family of restaurants. The other two include M Italian in Chagrin Falls and Burntwood Tavern located just around the corner from Rose. One could only imagine Rose is bound to be a hit considering the strong reputations of its sister restaurants.

All in all, Rose Italian Kitchen has something to offer anyone and everyone. Rose offers dishes for any food desires one could imagine. Want pizza? They have it! How about pasta? That too! Not a fan of meat? Not a problem. Not only are the food options never ending the drinks are right along with it. For adults, a selection of over 20 fine wines are offered along with homemade cocktails that scream outside the box. However, not to worry there are a fine assortment of fun drinks for those under 21. Overall the pricing is worth the portions and the experience you get. Most dishes are under $30.00 and many items are shareable as well. A casual home like setting allows for casual attire as well, so no need to get super fancy.

Along with flexible hours, Rose offers happy hour seven days a week. Offers include $3 off any appetizer/pizza, $4 house wines & drafts, $6 signature cocktails & martinis.

If Rose had be narrowed down to its greatest strengths I would say the atmosphere, food, and hospitality is what needs to be raved about. Not only is the decor of the restaurant beautiful, the fact that along with a great spacious indoor the outdoor patio is just as grand, thus making the atmosphere one of the best I have experienced. As for the food I had a hard time choosing my meal because of the vast options all sounding immensely appetizing. However, after deciding I would highly recommend their zucchini noodles sauteed in a light but flavorful pesto sauce, prepared with your favorite meat of choice. In addition, the freshly baked homemade gooey rolls that come straight to your table right from the oven, now those are to die for. Lastly, in every experience I have had dining at Rose the hospitality of its staff is miraculous. Every customer is greeted with an open door and a joyous waiter. Rose really makes it a point to make you feel at home.

As for weaknesses there are not many. At times the food can take a tad longer than expected, however the taste of the food is well worth the wait. I would also recommend to sit inside if you do not like the noise of a main road in the background of your meal.

Rose Italian Kitchen has hours flexible for all schedules. Week day hours are Monday-Wednesday 11am-11pm, as well as Thursday and Friday 11am-12am. If you have work or school during weekdays no need to worry, Rose offers flexible weekend hours as well. On Saturday Rose is open 10 am to 12am and 10am-10pm on Sunday.

All in all, Rose Italian is well worth a night out on the town. Whether it be a family night or a date night, Rose is a must try when it comes to an amazing atmosphere, food and hospitality all in one.
