Homecoming Makeup Ideas
As homecoming approaches girls begin planning what they are going to wear and what their look of the night will be. And with a theme like the roaring twenties the possibilities are endless. Though sometimes the hardest decisions are the smallest details.
How am I going to do my hair? How am I going to do my makeup? Am I doing it all myself or paying someone else? Am I getting my nails done? Are all the questions that have probably been asked and hopefully answered this close to the date.
To try and help ease the decision making here are a few makeup ideas that could be used for homecoming.
You can never go wrong with the classic smokey eye. Whether you use: black, brown, or even purple it’s always an easy go to for any sort of dance and it’s fairly easy to do it yourself.
The theme of this year’s homecoming is the “Roaring Twenties” so if you wanted to go all out with the theme you could do a twenties inspired makeup look. The classic red lips is a 1920s staple but typically it was paired with a simple eye look like in the images shown below
Another pretty easy go to for eye makeup is glitter/shimmer. Especially when it's paired with simple winged liner. You could even try to match the color to your dress.
And if all else fails it's fall so anything cranberry/burgundy or copper will look great.
